We would like to reassure our customers that we will do everything we can to ensure business continuity.
We have issued to all employees (and our contractors) our policy on coronavirus to include advice on containing the spread of the virus, recognising symptoms and what to do in various situations.
We have revisited our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans. These plans have been strengthened and tested to ensure that all employees have the capability to work remotely from home with full access to our systems and business emails.
We have also reviewed our business-critical processes and identified key personal such that we have a plan in place should we have higher than normal sickness leave.
Any decision to close the office will be taken by the Board. Employees have been asked to work from home in this event and we are confident that business will continue as usual. For the avoidance of doubt, even if the office were to close, then please continue to use the normal lines of communication:
·Managed Service – usual email addresses and mail-boxes;
·IT Operations – Faults can be raised by using the Service Desk portal or by emailing Helpdesk@dyballassociates.co.uk.
If you have any concerns or would like further details on our plans, then please contact Gareth Rushton at gareth.rushton@dyballassociates.co.uk.
